A: All of the rates are calculated at Postal Rates ... With in Canada for one book it is 2.95 ... to the USA 4.35 and for Europe and the rest of the world it is 10. all in canadian ... taxes of 7% apply to any sales within Canada... What I have been advised for small orders is that sending the books as single items rather than small packages is cheaper ... in orders exceeding 10 items it is cheaper to package as on large order ...

A: Yes I do ... I have three group that meet once a week each ... they are on week nights not weekends ... the program could easily be adapted to a weekend format
